Every member of the team participates in ongoing training, certified by manufacturers like Lutron and Crestron and organizations like Cinergy PDG. We invest in mastery, not headcount.

Senior Installer
Lead installations end to end — rack builds, panel work, trim, calibration, and commissioning — on high-end residential systems, working alongside and mentoring junior teammates.
Junior Installer
Learn the craft on real projects: cable pulls, device trim, rack prep, and site work under the guidance of senior installers, with manufacturer training as you grow.
Sales Engineer
Turn client conversations into buildable systems — site surveys, system design, proposals, and the technical bridge between what a client wants and what we install.
Salesperson
Own the client relationship from first contact to signed proposal — meeting homeowners, architects, and designers across the West San Gabriel Valley.
