They served beautifully, but the platforms have moved on, and the hardware behind your walls is quietly running out of road. We design and install the upgrade to Lutron’s current platforms — HomeWorks QSX and RadioRA 3 — reusing your existing wiring wherever possible, with installation typically finished in two to three days on site.

The Part You’ll See Every Day
Palladiom Keypads
Most of an upgrade disappears into your equipment room — but the keypads are on your walls, in every room, and this is where the upgrade shows. We design most upgrades around Lutron’s Palladiom collection: flush-mount keypads in glass and hand-finished metals, with clean engraved labels, that read as architecture rather than electronics. They are a visible step up from the SeeTouch keypads of the Illumination era in both looks and function — and because engraving is made to order, we place that order at proposal time so the four-to-five-week engraving lead happens before your installation, not during it.

We visit your home and survey what’s there — processor, panels, keypads, shades, and how the system is wired. You show us how you actually live with it: what you love, what stopped working, what you wish it did.

Design, proposal & ordering
We engineer the QSX or RadioRA 3 system around your existing wiring, map every scene you rely on to the new platform, and specify keypads room by room. Engraved keypads are ordered up front — engraving takes four to five weeks, so the wait happens before the install, not during it.

Installation
Once parts arrive, most homes take two to three days on site. The bulk of the work happens at your panels and equipment areas rather than in your living spaces; keypads are swapped room by room, and every scene is programmed and tested before we leave.

We walk you through the app, the keypads, and voice control, and adjust scenes once you’ve lived with them. After that you have our support team — available around the clock, the same team that answers for every system we install.

How long does the upgrade take?

Do you reuse my existing wiring?
Wherever possible, yes. Lutron designed its platforms so panels and keypads can upgrade over existing low-voltage wiring in most homes — no drywall, no repainting, no construction.
My processor has already failed. Can you help?
Yes — a dead processor makes the upgrade urgent rather than optional, and we prioritize getting your lighting working again. Call us rather than waiting on the form.
Can I keep the way my scenes and keypads work?
That’s the heart of the design step: we map the scenes and button behavior you rely on onto the new platform, then refine them with you after you’ve lived with the system.
Will I be able to control it from my phone?
Yes. HomeWorks QSX and RadioRA 3 both come with the current Lutron app — full control at home or away — and work with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit.
Can shades be part of the upgrade?
Yes. We’re certified for Lutron Shades and Palladiom Shades, and an upgrade is the natural moment to bring motorized shading into the same system and the same keypads.
