Arcadia builds. From the Upper Rancho's deep lots to the streets around Santa Anita, the city has seen a generation of substantial new construction — large custom homes, often housing more than one generation under a roof, with the square footage to justify real systems. New construction is the best moment technology ever gets: wire everything while the walls are open, and the house works perfectly for decades. We partner with builders and owners from the plans stage — low-voltage design, prewire, and the systems that follow.
Established Arcadia has its own brief: ranch homes and mid-century customs due for modern lighting, networks, and shades, and outdoor living — pools, loggias, outdoor kitchens — that deserves audio and lighting equal to the investment. (The peacocks, famously, remain outside our scope.)

At plans. Low-voltage design belongs alongside electrical design — shade pockets, speaker locations, access-point positions, and the equipment room all cost nearly nothing on paper and multiples after drywall.
Can one system be simple enough for grandparents and powerful enough for everyone else?
Yes — that's a design requirement we take seriously: keypads with engraved, obvious buttons in every room, voice control where it helps, and the full app for whoever wants depth.
Can you match the builder's schedule?
Prewire slots into the construction calendar like any other trade, and we coordinate directly with your general contractor. The finish work lands after paint.
